Zserbó

Inspired by the best-known Hungarian dessert, Zserbó is a delicious homemade layered cake with walnut and apricot jam filling, covered with dark chocolate. Christmas is just unimaginable without this excellent cake, invented by a Swiss-born French confectioner, Emil Gerbeaud.
